Setting Goals

Do you find yourself making plans that never see the light of day? Do you have a dream to start your own business or change your career but don’t know where to start?

Coaching can effectively help you think about how you set and plan to achieve your life goals. I’ll work with you in your goal-setting journey, which will begin with a thorough self-assessment that takes into account your personal values, available resources (tangible and intangible), and the obstacles that are currently in your way or could pose a hazard as you start working towards your goal.

Maintaining a high level of motivation is a critical factor in reaching your goals, so we’ll define the milestones or “mini-goals” you’ll want to achieve to keep you on track and reinforce that you’re headed in the right direction. Throughout our sessions, I will pay close attention to the language you use and work on keeping you focused on the positive outcomes of making your goal a reality.
