A high level of motivation helps to build resilience, arming you with the discipline, courage, and positive attitude to get through challenges. It’s hard to feel inspired about something that doesn’t feel “right” for you, so an important starting point is to understand what your values are. We’ll also look at how we can break an objective down into manageable milestones that you’ll have the enthusiasm to tackle.
