Whether it’s a commitment to lose weight, quit smoking, or to start exercising more, changing a habit can be hard – even when you know it’s good for you. It may leave you feeling overwhelmed, anxious or uncomfortable.
Habits don’t change unless your mindset does, and that’s where coaching comes in. Together we’ll work on your awareness around the triggers of your habit as well as the language you use when speaking about it. We’ll also use visualisation techniques and set out an action plan to help you achieve the change you want.
Just like with any other goal, changing a habit requires motivation and you may encounter some setbacks along the way. As your guide, I’ll be there to keep you focused and help you adjust your route to get there when you need it.Back
