FIND ANSWERS TO THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS ABOUT COACHING HERE
- Can anyone be coached?
Yes, coaching is suitable for everyone. All that’s required is for the individual to have the will and a strong sense of commitment to follow the process through.
- How long does each session last and what happens?
A session lasts between one hour and one hour and a half. When we meet for the first time, we’ll focus on the reason you have sought out coaching as well as on the objectives you hope to achieve. This first session is crucial as it sets the scene for the remainder of the process. Coaching cannot proceed without a clear objective.
- I don’t live in Switzerland. Is it possible do the coaching remotely?
Yes, certainly. I also offer sessions by phone or video call (Skype, Whatsapp, FaceTime) on request.
- How can coaching help me with a problem that I have?
Coaching is a process of autonomy and accountability. It helps you realise that you have the tools within you to achieve the objectives you desire. The point is to create distance between you and the problem you’re dealing with, so you can look at it from a new and different perspective. In the partnership that we’ll establish, it’s important to respect the rules that we’ve agreed to, so I can serve your needs to the best of my abilities.
- How can I know if you’re the right coach for me?
It is essential to establish a relationship based on trust, enthusiasm, and non-judgment. Therefore choosing the right coach is crucial. I offer a complimentary 30-minute introductory call or Skype session so you can get to know me and decide if I’m the right coach for you.
